RE: Water Pressure Regulators

About the only diff. one has a gauge and one does not. There are some out there that you can set the pressure yourself and some that install directly into the inlet.

RE: Toilet problems

I've read a couple other posts like this, It seems several people had to remove their tank and cut the down spout back a couple of inches. One person said his clearance was only 1/4 inch.

RE: Are these batteries any good?

A little expensive but Optima is a great battery if you have a major vibration problem, otherwise NO.

RE: Duracell Pwersource 1800 Solar Backup

Ya, These are neat little unites but for RVers, go solar, better reliability and alot more bang for the buck.

RE: Furnace Problem

Are you getting any heat at all, or is the fan just blowing cold air for that 4 minutes?

RE: Front Jacks uneven

I would follow rhaas99's instruction as it has happened to me before. Rememer however that it is a "sheer" bolt and should only be relaced with one of the same sheer strength. Thank You JMTTS, Sometimes when helping out I forget the little things.:)

RE: Front Jacks uneven

Mine did the same, Hook up the 5er to the truck. Remove the bolt and you can turn the arm and motor by hand until they are even. Then reinstall the bolt. Maybe a shorter bolt

RE: Suburban water heater - Electric use?

Running both propane and elect at same time. When I got my RV I was warned not to do this. I read the manual and talked to people and could find no reason why this would not work. Until one day I ran across a form where someone had burnt out a fusable link. When he spoke with the company tech, he was told this is a possibilty when running on both at the same time. Just a little info I thought I would throw out there.

RE: Two winterizing questions.

As for the filter, some have a bypass valve and some do not. If yours doesn't you will have to remove the filter, put the canister back together. As for pumping from the bottle. You will need a valve that attaches to the pump. RV stores sell them.

RE: Stuip stupid stupid Winterize Fleetwood 38ft Class A

Was the system set up to winterize prior? If so there may be a valve just after the pump where you would hook up a siphon hose. Maybe that Valve has been turned

RE: Pilot light will not stay lit on Suburban oven

Is the tip of the flame touching the Temp probe. If the probe does not heat it will think the flame is out and cut off gas.

RE: pork roast with apples

Sounds good, We like to cook in the crock pot while driving to our destination. Nice to have a good dinner waiting when we arrive. I think I will try this one.
