Message to the Mods...

Wasn't sure of the best place to post this, but decided on this forum... Some of you make me crazy with your logic...others make me feel like we are camping next to each other sharing good times...But, you all deserve a big ole sloppy kiss on the forehead for standing up for what you believe in... Camp on...Wolfie

RE: What is your favorite "rear living" trailer

We have a Puma 25RS and like it a lot, however, there is just not enough floor space for our dogs to stretch out, and us to still move around... My next trailer will have a big bay window in the back as we have now, two recliners/easy chairs as well..no couch. Want something in the 30 Foot range, more or less, not counting hitch...and a large slide out, for even more floor space, trailer queen bed with night stands on BOTH sides...Have a 1/2 ton truck now, but will be moving up to a 3/4 ton diesel soon. No fiver in my future, do not want one... Any suggestions guys for a suitable replacement? thanks for your help, Wolfie Our favorite.. and probably next trailer is the Puma 26RLSS.. Don't let the "26" fool you, this thing is over 30 ft long. I love it. Dual entry doors, rear lounge, superslide with the couch and booth dinette... split bath with a huge shower. Plus I priced it out at about 19-22k (RV Wholesalers was around 19k, my local dealer was around 22) Anyway.. we haven't committed to paying payments, but that is one I surely would consider paying payments on :) Here is a Link Thanks! Jeremiah I like this one a lot too...Wolfie

RE: price of diesel

If you really want a detailed answer, google 'why diesel high'...so, your directing someone from the forum, asking a question.... to an outside source ???? And that helps this forum grow because ...???...OR, you could have offered an answer...OR, just sit on your mouse and say nothing...wolfie

RE: F150FX4 6.5 bed. What's too much?

"I'm trying to get away cheap AND safe."....to me, "cheap" always lead to liabilty issues with an RV, forget the TC, look for a pop up, or a small, light weight, travel trailer...

RE: Why is everybody afraid to Google?

When using the Internet most or all the traffic passes through Google. I watch the tray and it shows traffic going through all kinds of marketing research companies and others. First thing you look and their are tailored ads for you location and even income level so they must have traffic paying accounts routed through research firms too. That is a no no. As far as I'm concerned what i say and to whom is none of their business. If we forbade government from interfering how is it that business has been allowed to do as it pleases? There is no private communications any more. I have not subscribed to annonmyous servers as it appears business and others look in to. huh?, please digress....

RE: Why is everybody afraid to Google?

I've 'Google' so much it's a novelty when I get to ask a real person, or a real group in this case, a question. As has been said, there is more to this forum that just providing info. Interaction among people with a common interest can't be replaced by the art of Googling. Triple Ditto. It's about connecting with real people instead of an automated search engine and the sharing of experiences. If you don't want to answer the question, then don't. If you're feeling grumpy and out of sorts, get off the computer and do something that puts you in a good mood. Well put, my thoughts as well...Wolfie
