Here are some photos from my re-install of our Happijac tie-downs on our 2006 F-350 which were removed form our 2001 F-350 after 5 years and 97,000 miles of trouble-free use.
Salvaged Happijac parts from old truck
4 bed holes
Board slips between truck bed and cab to prevent drilling into cab
Right side bracket
Both brackets
Tie-dow anchor
Ford bumper support strut
Bumper button for rear tiedown

I took the tie downs off my 2000 Dodge, I had to use a nut breaker because of the rust. Your tie downs look newer than my 2 week old Torklift set. Mine are already covered in salt and slime.
The winter here does not do us any favors, other then the nice weather change.

Is it not common to undercoat the bottom of the truck in your parts? Your truck looks like fresh paint underneath. I even undercoated the tie downs on my new truck before it left the garage.

You can order them directly from the Happijac web page. They are about $25 and take about 10 minutes to install. If you have a Ford, you NEED them.

Yes, we don't have to deal with salt on the roads down here. I did touch the tie-downs up a bit with some Rustoleum, but they looked pretty good anyway. I also replaced all the fasteners with new ones from Home Depot.

Two questions for you. Why did you not install the centering guides? Are the rear bumper braces really necessary and why?

My old Lance has to set farther back (about 2"-3") to clear the tail lights. I have a wooden spacer between the camper and the front of the truck bed.
The Ford rear bumpers are very flimsy. I would not use the rear Happijac tiedown on a new Ford bumper without the optional bumper struts.

Good clean job Brad! I should have put my own on and saved some bucks. If I had it to do over I would have. Did you repaint them? Mine are a little over a year and having some rust issues( The Ocean proximity).

We don't have the salt on the road problem down this way, so undercoating is not a requirement.
