It's that time again...I want to get this one kicked off early this year so nobody can say they didn't have enough time to plan.

*** ROWDY AT SPOT-X III ***

Arriving Thursday October 26th, 2006

Departing Sunday October 29th, 2006

(We'll all be home in plenty of time to pull off Halloween...so that excuse won't fly people.)

Spot "X"...Entry is a sandy single lane desert road. Most everyone gets in/out without a problem, even the 2X4's and the big Class-A's. If you drive a little Honda or something, you might have an issue. Totally dry camping. Riding is a mix of rocky/sandy desert trails, and there a couple dunes. Paddles would be ill-advised however.

This is offically no longer the annual "guy" trip. It's the usual RV.net family atmosphere. Large cozey camper circle. Group rides. Fireworks. Bon-fire. Mini-pools for the tykes. And of course the group potluck, followed by in-costume Trick-Or-Treating Saturday night. Please remember to bring candy for the kids. And if you put carved pumpkins in front of your rig...you are a cool-cat in my book.

However...those that are faint-of-heart may wish to avoid this trip. That would be any of the Class-A forum silvers who equate playing with Sobe bottles in the fire to the black death, gay marriage, pornography, the emergence of rock n roll, etc. You get the idea. If you don't like us, or what we do in the desert, stay home. And please don't bother to post in this thread.

I'm not trying to scare anyone off...just don't want anyone surprised. We party loud, we party late, and we party together. Like family. So just to clarify...I just want people to understand that we're gonna play our music, and shoot our fireworks, and have cocktails around a big campfire, into the wee hours. That's all. Feel comfortable with your kids being there...I do.

With that said...EVERYONE is welcome to attend. Let's get the list of attendees started...

*PS* Bring some FIREWOOD!

Alright Jeff! The honor of being the first to commit. Nice.

Dave...I've been SUCH a good boy lately, how's about making this a sticky?

We're in and feel free to drop the Frappr sticky.
But, with that said, I would like the Rally as a sticky. What else can we drop?

Gawd Dave! Can't believe you only get 3 stickys, MAN!

Ok...it's early, but I see no reason why we can't offer up some company at that time. Of course, there's still some time for offing my liver before then, so I'll defer to whatever my doc says I can do at that time.

I just might be in. That is if you don't mind a class A and a few gray hairs. Its a little far out to plan though. I'm starting to think RIVER!

I too wouldn't mind making this a sticky. That way I can remember.
