Pismo Beach Trip
Where: Pismo Beach / Oceano Dunes
When: August 18th to the 20th
Anyone planning on attending will want to make reservations for 2
nights at Oceano Dunes starting on 8/18 on the web site
www.reserveamerica.com there were 697 spaces available at the time
of this posting. Or of course any other accommodations you would be
happy with. The State charges $10.00 per night plus a $7.00 service
charge through reserveamerica.com.
I will be heading out hopefully Thursday night or early Friday
morning to set up as large a site as possible depending on the
number of respondents, but likely in the same area as last year,
between posts 3 and 4.
RSVP to george_biddlecombe@yahoo.com

That weekend will be Portuguese celebration and all the "Portagee's) will be there for the celebration! I won't be able to make it but, I did make my reservations for thanksgiving weekend already. When I did they only had 115 left!
My wife said it's either her or my bike...."I sure am going to miss her!"

I thought th Portugese thing was that weekend. Last year was my Marine buddies trip and one of the guys was calling them Portustinians all weekend. Like it was one big sandy terrorist training camp.

I'll be heading to Morrow Bay SP starting that Sun. and heading out to Pismo the following Wed until Fri or Sat.
I haven't been to Pismo since last year, anyone go mid week this year. If so how are the crowds. We generally go Thur thru Sun and it's usually packed.
Thanks

You kidden me... For a brewski... I'll be looking for you. Probably rolling onto the beach around 11-11:30am.
Sheppy,
It has always been packed on the weekends. Mid week would still be busy but nothing like the weekend.

Bump as a reminder.
Looks like the reservations have been cut off. Should be a great weekend.
