I keep mine right next to the garage:

The fence in front is on casters and easily rolls into the garage when the camper is on the truck:

Like Prominion, I store my Palomino in the garage. I built a small dolly and wheel it in. I think keeping it out of the weather is going to be a big plus.

I use the "suspenders and belt" method of storage. Cloth cover keeps a lot of dust and pollen off of the camper.

Nice Job, I love to see people talking about Building Codes, I'm sure a permit was obtained prior to construction.

Permit? Code? What's that?

Just kidding, everything of mine was done up to code and with appropriate permits and inspections. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I didn't.

The county I'm in is REAL lax. My nearest neighbor got a house permit but never got the follow up (plumbing, electrical, mechanical) nor obviously the inspections.

Right now the camper sits on a slab beside my house. The slab has a T-wall foundation appropriate for a 2 story garage. Eventually I'll build a garage and place a carport extension to the side for the camper and other toys I acquire. I'll have to add a slab and pier foundations to the side for the carport.

I hate all of you that have a covered place for your camper
(teasing of course! )

Mine sits in my driveway, often under tree debris and snow in the winter and sometimes in front of the city house on the street. Someday......!
