I hate how the curved cowling sags when I climb on the roof. I fixed that and put the weight bearing on the front wall and knee wall by adding these curved stud reinforcements. it removed all sag and now I can jump on the roof and the whole trailer moves. very little added weight to the front.

Take down the frame in one of your vents. 4 screws. Pull it down and then measure the height of the rafter. if it is 1-1/2 then it is 2x2. also look at your roof does it have a slight curve to the roof? (convex not concave) if so, then it may have the "Truss" A better definition would be Cambered roof.

I am going to pull the sag out of my FS2500 roof this weekend. I will post pictures of how I do it and also document the wiring. there are a lot of wires to remove and re-run.

Apparently WW uses finger joints horizontally regularly. My FRK2100 also sags some. If parked level it will hold a good amount of water on the roof. When not in use I always leave the nose down so it dont hold any water up there. Hopefully the wood will hold up till it needs a new rubber roof. I will fix it then. But from what I have been seeing its not going to last that long.
This is my first TT. Are all of them this shltty. WW were supposed to be so great and well built. I like my trailer But it is built like CRAP!

How to remove the sag out of the roof of a 2007 FS2500
Color code the wires
Pull the wires through the rafters...Notice the sag under angle iron.
wires are now out of the way
Install the angle iron
Re-thread the wires through the angle iron and rafters
I decided against using 3/4 plywood and went with 1/2 BC. The day is done. layed the plywood down temporarily and now I start doing some fun stuff like wire in my PC into the stereo system. and run some inverter wires.
No more sag

Looks like one heck of a project! While you're at it might mount a gun turret up there, looks like it could handle it! Thanks for posting/sharing.
