Will you be owning property in the Rockport area? If so, skip the Escapees and use that property to establish residency. All of your banking can be done online. What else needs to be forwarded, junk mail?

Escapees do not forward junk mail, unless the member asks them to do so. Otherwise they run it through a shredder.

I don't plan on owning any property anywhere other than the RV and tow vehicle.

The State of Washington also has an actual physical address requirement, so I use the RV park that we stay at every couple of years, and have a PO Box for our mailing address. Last time I cheched, you can still legally get your mail at a PO Box. The only thing is, I have to submit a temporary change of address when we move, so use a PMB in an area where we sometimes spend time, and they hold and forwared when I call them. Got a letter from the county Auditor that said they had discovered that I was no longer at the physical address and if I didn't contact them, I would be dropped from the voting rolls. I called and explained that we were full timer RVers and only rented a space when we were there. Explanation was accepted.

Ever since the west began the governments have been after us free spirits.
Anyway to MARINEMOM You can renew your drivers licence 1 time over the Internet without being present in TX. Check-out Texas Department of Transportation.
