Winniebago and Coachman would be the best bet, of that group...IMHO! I've been RVing for 30 years, and these two brands have more repeat buyers, so that usually means "Happy Campers!" (And I'm a diehard Jayco fan! Have you considered a nice Class C bunkhouse model?)
several prior threads, search under bunk. Changes every day with regards to new models and new info. Likely wont see any significant volume on used for a couple of years.
Would add Thor Hurricane, Tiffin Allegro, and Newmar Bay Star, Canyon Star, All Star and Kountry star to the mix.
Recommend looking at as many as possible, and you'll get a feel for the quality you are looking for and what price your willing to pay for it. You spend 60k or 200k depending on quality, and engine.
feel free to PM if you want some other info.
From your list, winnie would be the best quality IMHO.
We've had our 2007 Winnebago 35J bunkhouse for just over a year and have been full-timing it for the past 6 months.
Great all around unit, no major problems at all, some minor issues: loose screws, a broken retaining clip on a sliding door, some of the drawers in the kitchen tend to pop open if you hit a rough patch in the road.
We replaced all of the sink faucets first thing, the ones that come with the coach are garbage. Other than that, all I've felt the need to add have been a ScangaugeII reader and a PressurePro tire monitoring system.
Once the left front slider wouldn't retract, but that was just a loose wire in the relay panel - took about 5 minutes to fix.
Just over 17k miles on the engine now and everything is mechanically excellent as far as I can tell, I’d purchase another one in the future.
Prices - yes, 25% of MSRP is about right on the Winnebago line, MSRP on ours was around $117k or so and the dealer accepted our $85k offer with little haggling.

I just dug out the actual paperwork since we have to keep in "on-hand" travelling internationally.
Dealer sticker (MSRP): $113,248 as equipped
Discount -$27,996 (24.7%) - what we negotiated off the MSRP
Taxes: $7,502 (Thank you Washington State, may I have another!)
License/registration/etc: $185.00
For a total of $92,939.18 out the door.
So, if you want to add-in the sales tax from our State, it was only 18% off of the MSRP, the base discount (MSRP vs. sales price, no taxes, etc) was 24.8%.
Our purchase was over a year ago when the economy was looking much better, if I was shopping now I would be shooting for a 30% discount and faxing my offer to dealerships all over the place, someone somewhere is hungry enough to bite.
Sorry, I know it is a bit tacky "talking about how much we spent" but I know a LOT of folks reading can save themselves real money if they realize how much they can negotiate down from the MSRP they see at the dealership.
I just wish I knew the actual dealer cost that Winnebago charges the dealership, that would put you into an excellent bargaining position... I would guess that it is somewhere around 30-35% off of the MSRP.

We've had the coach in my signature for a little over a year, and to date I have been exceptionally pleased with it. I am very satisfied with the quality, features and thoughtful layout of the coach. If I were buying today, the Winnebago would again be on my list, as would the Tiffin Allegro. Newmar certainly makes a nice coach but I don't know where they price out. I would also look at the Damon Challenger 376 as that is the one with the opposing couches and split bathroom, I think. Nice features there, although it's a couple feet longer than the Winnie.

Had our Winnie since Dec 07 without any major problems, the few minor ones we had the dealer took quick care of. I looked at most of the ones on your list, though at the time not all had bunk units - felt the quality of the Winnie was better at the time. My pricing was right in-line with DanSc's.
