I see in the 2009 Texas Camping Guide that a new campground is being advertised in Mathis. Adventure Texas RV Resort. I can't seem to find any info on it. Anybody been there? Anybody have some info?

I was in the Mathis area a couple of months ago at Lake Corpus Christi State Park. I saw no signs or even new construction for the place. Perhaps it never came to fruition?
