UPDATE 8/7/09
Hello from Pennsylvania.
The Fall 2009 Rally in Carlisle, PA is only a little over a month away and we are looking forward to seeing all our old camping buddies and meeting the “newbies.” If this is your first rally believe me you won’t be disappointed with the friendly people you’ll get to know and good times you’ll experience.
Just an fyi - after setting up your campsite please head on over to the pavilion and let us know you’ve arrived. All our happenings will be taking place at the pavilion and we will have an agenda with dates and times and will answer any questions you may have.
Breakfast donations for Sunday morning would be appreciated; i.e., bacon, sausage, eggs, etc.
Keep in touch and we’ll see you soon.
Jim and Cathy
UPDATE 7/28/09:
Just a couple things regarding the Fall Rally.
Don't forget our craft fair. Crafters in the group (I know we have many) bring you wares to sell. I have been working on some stuff and my Mom (the quilter) has made some lovely things to sell and she's donated some great things for the Saturday night raffle - ladies you are going to love it. The campground will be posting a notice of our craft fair for all to attend.
As for the beer tasting, several have asked if they could bring wine and that is no problem. So we're opening it up to beer and/or wine native to your area - bring your favorite.
Cathy
Hoagie, Hero, Grinder, Sub Night:
We are waiting for the total number of campers attending before we order but the arrangements have been made for the sandwichs.

On the Road Again from Rural Maine Our travel blog with photos
Looks like a bunch of us are coming in on Wednesday. We will probably go from Maine to as far as Fracksville, PA and stay overnight in the Cracker Barrel parking lot on Tuesday night. Then do the RV show on Wednesday during the day and come over to Carlisle Wednesday evening. NO we are NOT buying a new camper!
This really sounds great, can't go this year but I am putting it in my bucket list. Hope they have one soon out our way. We live in the Texas Panhandle so we will be there when it comes our way. Hope everyone has a great time. Look forward to seeing all the great pickups and truck campers and the fine people who go along with them. Adios KC
