We want to stop off in OK city and visit the outside memorial. Is there RV parking in the area? Is there enough room downtown for a 36' fiver?

There isn't parking per se at the memorial. You just use the spots along the streets in downtown OKC. If you go over a weekend or after say 7pm on a weekday, the downtown traffic is almost nil. It may take a while to find enough room for an RV, but it's doable.

You also might look into the Bricktown area. I think they have shuttles and such that move folks around downtown. In Bricktown there is a BassPro Shop with lots of parking.

When are you planning on coming? There are some streets North and East of the Memorial that, during non-working hours, have pull-in type parking that you could use multiple spots while visiting the Memorial. The Bass Pro idea is definitely doable, but it's a rather long walk to the Memorial, but if you unhooked there is plenty of room. There is even a lot on the South side of Bass Pro, accessable from the Bass Pro lot, where I've seen plenty of Motorhomes and 5ers parked.

We were there two months ago with our 34' 5er, were able to find a space long enough to pull into. Good Luck, well worth the trip there!
