Seems very high. Not sure of which model it is, I checked NADA with base equipment and generator for a M-327 and price was more 6,000-8,000. You might want to check there with the model number
Dosen't seem high, is high. target for a 7 year old trailer in perfect shape in soCal is 400$ per interior/model foot. Then subtract based upon condition.
In todays market, new trailers are atainable at 1000$ per/ft. Subtract 100$ per/ft for each model year thereafter.
