Toothpicks + white glue + reinsert the original screw.
I did this 2 years ago on ours for just about every hinge screw in the trailer and it has been holding very well ever since. Well worth the effort it took.

I'm curious why you would be draining the hot water tank. Is this something that needs to be done after each trip or just something you prefer to do?
I don't drain the hot water tank until time to winterize. Just wondering if I should be doing this.

I would ditto this first thing. Keep that up and you will be one of many here asking why they have all the water heater problems w/ stripped threads, broken plugs, leaking relief valves, smelly hot water, and anything else that draining a WH causes. The only reason to drain a WH is winterizing. But what do I know,....I only been not draining a WH for 35 yrs !
And secondly, experienced RVers know that a phillips screwdriver is our best friend.
Replace any stripped screws w/ pop rivets, except screws going into wood.
Don't drain the water heater and you may be one of those people asking how to get that nasty smell out of their water. But what do I know, I didn't drain mine one time and I got the nasty smell. Took me hours and a very tedious procedure (as recommended by the water heater manufacturer) to get the smell out. Now I drain the water heater "every time" and I don't have that problem anymore.
I just went out to my 2005 Roo 21SS and checked all the door screws. Not a one loose and we are in our 5th camping season.
I have replaced some of the white outside screws for discoloration, but none were ever loose.
The only trouble I have had is water in my front bunk door. I guess my fault for not watching closer. And a skylight leak this year. I hear this is common. The dealer keeps a bunch of these in stock. After a while they deteriorate and crack around the flange. I did let my electric brakes get out of adjustment and lock up. My fault again.
I have put eternabond on every thing on the roof so I have no worriers there.
Nothing else has gone wrong. I have not had a problem with any appliance or had to take it back to the dealer for any warranty or maintenance. Maybe I am lucky.
Chuck_S wrote: Well water sitting in your water heater produces a sulfur smell sometimes. Other than that there's no reason to drain the water other than keep it from freezing. If you have an electric heat model, constant draining drastically increases the risk of burning out the electric element with no water in the tank. Happens too quick to hit the switch to OFF. No real problem when the electric element burns out, every dealer has them in stock -- high demand part. I know I did my part to support this.
Stripped screws might technically be a "warranty issue" but will quickly brand you as a whiner at the RV dealer. These are not $200,000 motor homes, they're cheap trailers assembled with various degrees of indifference. Even I can fix this sort of stuff better than a minimum wage "mechanic" at the RV dealer! And I can do it in a few minutes without dragging the trailer over to the dealer and leaving it (and all my stuff) there for several days (or even weeks). Save your warranty issues for things you can't solve.

"Cheap" being the keyword...and crappy a close second. Most of these campers are a joke the way they are put together, my Coyote being no exception. After four years of ownership, replacing crappy parts and repairing shoddy workmanship is considered routine maintenance.

I agree with bid_time. I like fresh water each time I go out. Each time I bring HTT back from storage unit, I open all drains, including fresh water tank. I attatch garden hose and flush until fresh water flows from drains. Then I fill fresh water tank to desired level and know that I have fresh water throughout the system. With temps here in triple digits for many days in summer, the thought of fresh water each time, to me is worth the little bit of effort to drain and refill.
