If anything, I would be more concerned about overloading the trailer. It probably weighs about 5k or more empty, so that doesn't leave much for toys and water.
My 22 footer is 6350 empty .. first thing I did was put 10K axles, springs, tires, and wheels on it.

I surely will. I have my work cut out for in early am. I just got home (long work day). Plus I am on call tonight. So up early to beat the heat and rent a trencher. It's my safest option to trench down under RV shed that came with house. The height I need to cleat under the shed is 11'6. We measured 10'4 plus add 1 1/2 ft with AC unit on top. Don't want to tear shed down. Someone paid good $$ to have it built. I will keep you guys posted. Wifey and I will go down to trailer place next saturday, so that leaves me a week to get parking spot ready and tranny/dif fluids changed. Gotta get ready for halloween wknd. Hope I make the deadline. Loan is in place. Thank you guys for support. Ohh, and prodigy brake controller with nissan connection was ordered off ebay last night. Should be here in a few days (crossing fingers).

One important thing I left out are the towing mirrors on 2007 Nissan Titan. I don't think the ones on the truck are towing mirrors. They are extended out but not adjustable. Anyonne have any ideas?

It's an 05 CC SE w/big tow.. If you have the big tow mirrors, the upper mirror is electrically adjustable and the lower one is manually adjustable..
They look like this.

I own a 05 Carson FunRunner 21ft and pulled it the first two years with an 05 Chevy CC 2wd 5.3L auto with 3.73's and the factory tow package. Never went over 60mph. Just watch for cross winds and semi's. Be extremely vigilant going down steep grades and take your time going up.
After one fateful trip with an extremely steep grade I decided the family's safety comes first and promptly sold the 1500. My Duramax never flinches. I'm like you couldn't really afford a diesel but then again I couldn't afford to take any more risks towing.
Enjoy,
Philip

I hear ya Phillip. I think the same way. I will know once get this thing on the road. derwud, I will be checking the mirrors once wifey returns with the from school. She had the "good vehicle" while away at school. I thought she should be safer on the road with the titan than the xterra. What can I say? I care about her safety. Thank you guys for the input.
