Another Firestone vote. Mine were on the truck when I got it so I'm not sure how hard they are to install. They work great.

A less expensive alternate is Timbrens which do not require airing up. I like mine a lot.

i installed firestone airbags in the Texarkana KOA a few years ago only took me about 3 hours. Like a previous blogger said, "its worth paying someone else".

My airbag got a pin-hole leak while on trip to Tampa and I got Camping World to install new bags, not too expensive but more than installing myself. AIRbags are well worth the additional cost and will accomplish the leveling rqrmt and minimize chucking.

I went with the AirLift 5,000 lb with on-board compressor system on my F350 Ford dually. It really works great and can adjust the ride comfort and level going down the road. It took me approximately 6 hours to install and my kit required some very hard drilling, so make sure you don't get the one's that have to be drilled. It took about as long to hook up the compressor as the airbags. I would be so sure that Firestone probably makes most all brands. They sure look alike. I found mine on J.C.Whitney on sale!

If it's just to bring down the headlight aiming, try Timbrens. I had air-bags on my first TV, put Timbrens on my 2d one and really like them. 15 minute install and no more adjustments needed. If I recall, they're about 70-80 bucks for a pair.

Tell us about your specific truck and hitch.

I went with Airlift 5000. The should correct the problem you have indicated.

I dont believe there is 5¢ worth of difference between the two sets. I first ordered Ride-Rites from JCWhitney and got only the airbags - no brackets or hardware. Tried for days to get the hardware and ended up returning the bags. Went to Jegs and ordered the Airlift.

The installation time might be affected by your truck and/or 5th wheel hitch brackets. Post what you have and perhaps someone can help.

Buy them here for $230.00 - I believe free shipping:

Firestone Ride-Rites with on board compressor on mine. Bags were very easy to install on mine, 2-3 hours. Mounting the compressor was a bit more difficult, quite a bit of drilling. Have never used any but Firestones so can't say anything about the air lifts. I have bought the last 3 sets from Truckspring. I have gone with the on board compressor on the last 2 sets and have been very glad I did, nice to be able to adjust on the fly. I also installed t's and fittings to be able to air up tires, toys etc.
