Hope everyone has a great weekend. I am leaving work at 11am and we are heading to South Carlbad SB for the weekend. Haven't been there before, so something new. Looks like a cool weather weekend for us.

Lee let me know when the car comes in, maybe you will have to make two trips to Ca for deliveries!!

All the vettes in everyones lives!!!! The only "vette" I saw in my younger days was in my dreams, nothing anywhere near a vette for this poor country girl.(maybe a hemi charger or two through)

Morning!

All this Vette talk! What about a 65 convertible Mustang with Pony interior! Now THAT'S a car! A girl can dream, right?

When I met Steve he had a NOVA....I married him anyway .

Have a great weekend whatever you are doing!

Nina, seen anymore "pitbulls" while out shopping?

Happy Anniversary to all my buddy's!

Yeah, a vet isn't very pracitcal. I had to load up the hatch back and the front seat to bring my groceries home. I also had to wait until the kids had left the nest before I got mine. But OH, was it ever FUN to drive!!!!

Ray was pretty strict about the vet. I could only drive it on the weekends and to work on Fridays (to keep the miles down). It could not spend the night out on the street. The vet was in the garage every night and covered. I couldn't drive it if it was raining or if it looked like it might rain. So to this day, every time I see a vet out driving in the rain, I always turn to Ray and say, "He (or she) doesn't know the rules!"

I did shed a few tears when I sold it, but I do like my Charger with it's Hemi. It's practical, my groceries fit in the truck and I can seat up to 5 adults Zoom-Zoom!

So Lee, what color did you get?

Terry, it's hard to picture Steve in a Nova

Linda & Robin, have a great trip, wish I was getting off at 11 AM

Judy it would just have to be a REAL Nova, like the real Impala's and Malibu's! Sorry but Charger isn't a Real one either. However it is a really cool car they just shouldn't have recycled the name especially in a four door! LOL
When I hear Charger the Black Beast in Bullet comes to mind instantly!

Ray, we have a '64 Red Chevy Malibu convertible, is that REAL? LOL. It's too bad we didn't keep that Nova, we have seen restored ones at Hot August Nights in Reno and they are sweeeeeet!

Lee had a Nova, 2 55 Chevys and a sweet 58 Chevy convertible. He had the 58 when we got married.

Yes Terry that would be a real Malibu. I looked at Ventura's beack in the 70's because the pontiac was a clone of the nova but about $700 cheaper! There were several vehicles I have owned wish I still and some that I had a chance at but didn't buy would be sweet now!
Things like my limited prod 65 Dart GT, 67 Cuda fastback, 38 Plymouth Business Coupe!
