I found that the responic comfort jell mask has worked the best for me is is not a nasel pillow but is a complete nose mask and has exelent head gear, the fit is the most important thing about the mask, maybee you need to be fitted again. Good luck,

We were told to use vinegar and water to clean the mask parts and hose. What do y'all use??

I use baby shampoo and water to wash everything (mask, hose, straps, reservoir) weekly, and then I use 1/3 vinegar to 2/3 water to rinse the reservoir, soak it for 30 minutes, and let it air dry.

I wash the mask daily with baby shampoo and water.
Just wipe the inside and outside of the mask down using "Flushable Wipes - All Purpose", Equate or any other brand.

Oh, my DW's insurance pays for new mask, hose and filters every 4 months. On my second Remstar CPAC, and think it is getting ready to bite the dust again. SKF Bearings has done a lot of research on making their bearings for these CPAC machines last longer and run quieter. But it looks like they have hit the life time limit on them, but they sure are quieter that the early ones.
