Thanks. Nothing like it on RV Trader. I tried RV Value, but I could not figure out what option it has. I did not want to go over there and find out that the owner is emotionally attached to it, which would explain the high value. Those people are hard to rationalize. I am new to RV world, and I already passed on a class A on the advice of people from Class A thread. Not easy to find a nice looking RV for a good price at my price range.
A friend of mine bought a 1996 Gulfstream last winter. She paid $12K for hers; it had low mileage, etc. JMHO, Be careful, do research; not sure if slides were out during that year. . . even the coloring doesn't look like a 1997; maybe it's a misprint on the year; unless Gulfstream changed drastically in a year.

Gulf Stream is two words and the model is probably an M6311, not W6311. You might have better luck finding similar units using those couple of thoughts.
On NADA Guides, there is a 1997 M6311-CC. Without adding any options (just the mileage), it comes in at 19K ~ $23.
That low of hours (<25) on a 1997 generator might be more bad than good. If they just "exercised" as needed it should have more than that.
Gotta go with hotbyte on this one . Good price should be closer to 20k. Problem is when you tell them that they just get mad at you, not NADA. And who knows, they might just get it from an uninformed buyer.
