Anyone have the downloading of the forum taking forever? My PC is running great. But this forum is slow the last few days. Anyone?

Which "portal" are you accessing the forum from? I used to go through RVnet, but switched to Motorhome Magazine and the forum seems much faster.

I have not been having significant problems, for quite some time now.
Occasionally, a page will seem to hang. I immediately hit my browser's Stop button and then the Refresh button, or click the link again, if still visible. The page then loads normally.
However, you are not by yourself. Here is a thread that has been running. Slow Forum site

I rarely have problems on this forum but recently (within the past 1 1/2 weeks) it has be a real PITA. I have a high speed broadband net server and never have a problem on other sites I use daily.

After 5:00 pm, things are back to the norm. I just couldnt figure out why it was so slow on here. I guess what ever it was is done.....

The forum is running terribly slowly at times. One forum will be lightning fast, go to the next one and it takes minutes to open. Sometimes the forum will open but it is almost impossible to move between pages. I've tried both my desktop and my laptop with similar problems occurring. All of my other internet sites seem normal.
I tried to post this message but wasn't able to, all I would get was a message "Waiting for RV.net' After 4 -5 minutes I decided to close and re-try. I hope it works.
