Betsy, I have a Nestco roaster and I do use the turkey roasting bags when we cook a turkey as Super Dave suggested. Makes clean-up very easy. It is much like using a crock pot liner.

So I followed the Nesco Roaster directions to the "T" and here is my picture perfect turkey!

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

Happy black Friday. We are out camping and I am glad that I am not one of those crazy people out at 4 AM shopping this morning!
