You may want to ask your question over on the Dinghy Towing Forum They should be able to answer your question.

Most GM truck 4X4's are towable without any modifications. Read your owners manual, under RV towing. Your receiver on the MH is rated for 10K and the truck with a golf cart will be close to that figure, so make sure you are using a towbar that is also rated at or above 10K. On our GM 4X4, all we do is put the transfer case in N, the transmission in P and the key in your pocket, as GM does not install a steering lock on their trucks. Makes a great toad.

It should tow fine if your MH is rated for towing 10,000 lbs. However, that heavy you would want to install an auxiliary brake system on the truck. The truck is going to weigh almost 1/3 of the weight of the MH which would give the MH a pretty good push without a brake system.

I had a 2001 Silverado 3500 4X4 and it was towable but I used it to tow a 5th wheel trailer. If towable should be in the owners manual.
