Whats the best and easiest route to take from Gallup, NM to Salt Lake City, UT pulling a fiver ?.

491 n to Monticello, UT, 191/6 to Price, 6 to I-15. A few up and downs, but nothing real dramatic.

Best and easiest are subjective. When are you planning this trip, winter or summer? I would take 491 to 70 then, depending on the weather, proceed from there over to I-15 via 50 or continue up 191 and 6 to Provo.
