I purchased a WDH with my new trailer but I dont think the trailer place set it up right because the rear end on my Dodge Ram 4x4 sags the same with or without the WDH.. I tried going up another link on the chain but it didnt do anything.. Which way do I need to adjust to take more load off the rear of the truck? The ball height is good and sits about 1" higher than the hitch on the trailer when unhooked and leveled..

If possible, do you have the brand of weight distributing hitch?

It could be a number of things:
1.The hitch could not be rated high enough for the weight of the trailer
2.It could be completely set up wrong
3.You could have more tongue weight than you think.... (see reason 1 above)
First you will need to make sure you have A. Enough hitch for your trailer and B. Enough truck for your trailer
If everything above is good, get out your setup manual, and all the tools you're going to need to take the hitch apart.
Go to a level parking lot and re-do the setup again. There is a set up thread in the towing section that is fantastic. I suggest you print it out and bring that with you too!
Pictures would also be helpful too. If you post some pictures, we can do a lot more to help you out. This along with specifications of the truck and TT would help immensely!

Thank you, I will try and give you the info.
The hitch says #12,000 and #1200 tongue weight.
The trailer is a 26' Dutchman which weighs #6378 empty and right now it is totally empty, including all the tanks. However, I cant find anything that gives me the tongue weight but I would assume its less than the rated hitch.
Right now its sitting in my 40x80 storage building which has a level concrete floor so I'm good to make adjustments where its at.. Here are some pictures, including one that shows the sag in the truck. The truck is a Dodge Ram 4x4 and I cant find anything on the tow rating.

Judging from the picture in your signature it looks like your tail might be a little low.
The Reese dual cam set up is simple enough provided the spring bars are adequate to the TT weight ... not to stiff and not too light. The "pro" that sold you the unit should be able to tweek (fine tune) the set up to where front of your TV will set about the same height with or without the load. I'd talk with the dealer about a fix before venturing into the unknown.
Let us know the outcome.

From your pictures, it looks like your hitch head is not tilted enough to allow the spring bars to transfer the weight.
