Timbrens also work well. I have used air bags and got tired of what pressure to use, leaking airlines, or busted brass fittings. I have had these now for about 5 years without any problems. Took about 20 min to install and forget about them, except for how much you love them. Less expensive than airbags, lifetime warranty, more load carrying capacity.(6K)

I believe in most if not all cases every truck will experience the 'first level' of drop - that is to the overloads. The first range is to provide ride comfort and isnt designed for hauling much of anything. It sounds like your truck has reached this point.
From the animated video Ive seen on Timbrens they will do similar - must have some level of drop before the first contact.
The TorkLift bars appear to have an adjustment to the first level of contact so you could adjust part way before reaching the helper spring.
I still feel the Airbags are best as they can be inflated anywhere between 5-100# and are always in tact. This doesnt mean you have a more firm ride when not inflated, but they are attached to both the frame and leafspring pack.
They claim to be good for 5000# load capacity. Ive had mine for 8 years, never a leak, broken brass fitting or any other problem.
We went to Lake Rawlings scuba diving 2 years ago and had our Sunnybrook, diving gear for 5 people with weight belts, normal camping gear and 16 full tanks in the bed of the truck. I put 45# in the bags and was level.
You could go with the in-cab controls and adjust the air pressure from the drivers seat.

Now play nice and don't brag that your are way overloaded for both your truck and hauler.
Thanks for all the help. Weighed truck and trailer and pin weight is 3900 lbs. Watched under truck as placed weight on bed and you guys are right. Just started to touch the overload spring but no compression of it. Guess I just wasn't use to that much pin weight going from the Cougar to the Mobile Suites about 1700 lbs difference. Have the MorRyde IS suspension and the MorRyde pin box so ride is very comfortable so will probably pull for awhile then assist if needed. Again thanks for all the informative help.

The rear spring pack may need some help so that under a heavy load it does not squat like a puppy.
I started out with a set of Super Springs on the rear, one spring over the top of the overload. With the camper loaded it sat just about right. We took a trip in the western mountains of Colorado that included a couple of rough Forest Service roads. I opened my window as we negotiated rocks and holes, and was startled by the noises coming from the Super Springs. When we got home I decided to change the set up. I took the truck to Denver Spring and they put two more leaves in the stack. The setup seems perfect now without the weird noises
The unloaded ride is not as bad as I thought it would be, but I seldom take the camper off the truck.
Because the F-450 will always have the camper mounted so I saw no point in air bags. They can sometimes be a problem involving leaks and broken bolts. I have used them on 4 trucks with varying success.
The cost of additional springs was $702. The cost of Super Springs (add-on), which I tried and did not like was $450. I returned them. I won’t bad-mouth them, but springs in the stack are better. I suggest a truck spring outfit to do the work. Ready to travel, mine now sets very slightly down the front, almost dead level. The truck weighs 14,400 lbs with camper loaded and lots of stuff. The drive axle weighs 8880 lbs., which is 5040 lbs. over unloaded weight.

It's hard to play nice with a statement that dumb. I have over 6000lbs of cargo capacity with my truck, and not sure what the hauler statement is about. What was your point?

My bad Mav, I read your post as 32,000 lbs not 3,200 lbs and thought it was another Dodge guy gone mad.
It seem that the Ford Super Duties do sag a little when you drop a heavy 5th wheel on them (Mobile Suites etc.). I believe Ford did use a lighter spring package. I think it was to make the ride better when not under load. The Chevy 2008 3500HD DRW's under a Mobile Suites 36 TK 3 dropped 2" and the Pin weight was 3,800 lbs. I have never owned a Ford but have seen under heavy 5th wheels. GBY.......
