Most components I've had to replace are 3rd party sourced and are available through many outlets. I had to replace stab jacks and when I pulled the originals off they had a BAL part number on them. Easy replacement. Just because the Fleetwood/Coleman line is defunct, don't give up hope!
The OP's roof latch should be available from a variety of sources.

The Coleman specific parts will be the tough ones to get someday. The lift system, the roof, and chassis parts will become sparse. Yes, many of the other parts are fairly generic and can be readily found.
