Glad you have this thread going. My wife and I are picking up our new V3600 this afternoon. We're staying one night at the dealership, and then a few nights in the local area. Will let you all know how it goes. I'm curious what the attention to detail was after reading some of your posts, particularly since we had a few custom features added in. (Grab rails in the main bath mainly)

There were a few minor problems; the rain trip feature on the awning stuck.

I don't know what this feature is, would you explain? my dealer only showed me how to open and close the awning by talking about the buttons and didn't actually open them.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Look at the arms of your awing and you will see a tag that indicates what adjustments can be made to the arms so the auto-tip feature works. You will notice 2 of those gas cylenders on the arms. When set propertly, based on those tags, when the awing gets loaded with rain, it will over come one of the cylinders and that arm will lower and dump the water off the awning. It really works, I have seen it in action during a very heavy rain storm in Michigan last year. Pay attention to the tags on the arms and you will be OK.

Anyone with the Voltage have trouble with their bedroom floor? Ours creaks and gives in front of the closet at the foot of the bed. There is a lot of give and a lot of creaking noise. We had it in to Camping World for repair and the Service manager opted to not look at that .... even though it was our #1 problem on the list. VERY DISAPPOINTED ... they had our rig for almost 3 weeks.

Can anyone relate? Do you know what this is? Is there a fix? Thanks!

common for 5/8 osb on 16" joist centers. annoying but not the end of the world. mine does it as well.

Not much consolation I know, but my Cyclone does this at one spot in the kitchen.

My Fuzion also creaked in the kitchen. My new Voltage coming next week has a vacuum bonded floor in the main coach (so they say) but I'm sure the bedroom is OSB on alum. joists.

I have found Dutchman to be open and helpfull so far with the few minor issues I have had. They respond well to e-mails and are helpfull when they do. So far I am glad I bought the Voltage and have had only minor issues that are easly corrected. Would I change a few things sure, have I? Yes, but I feel it is a good Toy Hauler that fits me well with good support on my issues so far.

Hay Guys, Just for the heck of it tried to lower the spare tire on the 3200 and found that the handle that came with the trailer is not long enough to get past the stairs so that one can turn it in a full circle. I had my machine shop add 10 inches to the handle and it now does not hit the stairs and I can get the spare up and down with ease. It only took a year for me to think I should try to lower the spare and make sure it was the same as the other tires and at full pressure.

I had the same comment until I discovered that the handle will work (sort of) with the stairs partly open.
