We will second the great customer service from Keystone. The service was the primary reason we purchased our 2nd Montana. We will have problems they all do and we know they will be addressed with no problem.

I'm absolutely stunned that you would even consider buying the same brand after the unusually long litany of major problems you have experienced and reported on here and on the Montana Forum the last 6 years with your current 5th wheel. Absolutely amazing.

Ya, but that was all before Keystone put Rich in the movies He's a Montana celebrity now it and it wouldn't look right if he was caught towing a Redwood now!

We own a Cougar 327RES 5th wheel. Love it! We had small minor issues taken care of at our 1 year check-up appointment. No other issues have cropped up in the last 18 months.

We looked at several models including Outback, Laredo, Jayco and others. It came down to floor plan, fit, finish and price. We felt the Cougar offered everything we were looking for and we have not been disappointed.

We have an '09 318SAB and lived in it for about 4 months between retiring from the AF and starting new lives in the civilian world. We love ours but we also had a few things that required attention when we got it...the issues were handled very professionally and in a very timely manner.

Rich, yes I did recognize her (snowbird) in a couple of shots. I'm not positive I recognized you though - did you have a speaking part? Saw Stiles I think, jackflash maybe, jaybird maybe, and a few others.

I was there in a group shot. Helen is way better looking than I am and don't think they may have wanted to take a chance on talking to me...IMO keystone and Montana have come a long way in quality and quality control Not enough to satisfy Dean and company but the new Montana plant adds to the capability for a better product. We shall see and report on the Big Sky as always.

Still not a lick of issues with my 2007, but I do feel like I'm continously trying to stay ahead of known issues - replaced tires, wet bolts, X-factor on order. A little frustrating in that respect but I will say the Keystone continously upgrades so almost always a legacy problem disappears within the next year or so. The only warranty claim we had was tiny cracks in the sink, and the next year they introduced corian and my issue disappeared. I think they also use the wet bolt as standard, and possibly even the X-factor cross brace on the new Montanas.
