I don't think being given the wrong directions is truly the disaster the OP makes it out to be.
In today's GPS,internet, smart phone world it is easy enough to come up with directions on your own.
If you don't own any of the above devices, you may want to invest in one to avoid this issue in the future.
Once I found the place I'm sure I would have found a place to park.
Making a mountain out of a mole hill seams to apply.

At some point the OP needs to take responsibility for their own shortcomings and not throw CW under the bus for such a minor issue.

I agree CW has there issues but they are being chastised unfairly on this one.
Even if the OP's account is 100% true is this worth CW taking a internet lashing. The whole complaint is petty

Moral to the story use the available gadgets including a map to find your way when driving a large RV. Trust no one but your self. Don't expect accurate directions from a store clerk!
Relying on a store clerk to give you directions while driving a large RV is asking for trouble. Just my 2 cents of course.

I'll bet "store clerk" knows how to take your hard earned money. Even if they can not assist you to them.

So, is your gripe that they couldn't provide you with the correct off ramp information or that they wouldn't let you camp for FREE in their parking lot................Dennis

To the OP, MDPD6320. Pay no attention to Dennis. From his misinterpretation of your well written post, I'm betting he's a former CW employee. Were I to have been in your shoes I'd have been livid. Typical CW customer service. Where does CW find these kids???

Happy camping!!! See y'all down the road!!!

If Executive is a true executive and he reads and understands like what he posted then that company must be in trouble.

If a business that caters to RVs can't give you accurate information to your store, nor let you know the parking problem, they are the problem and should be reported to others. Don't we all learn from each other?

In the end the OP did find a place to park. I'm sure I would have too.

I think it's his motorhome that's an 'Executive'.
