Measure the temp of your hot water... if it's running normal... like 120 degrees or so... then simply reseat the P/T relief vavle. You can lift slightly on the tab...get a good strong weepage to dislodge any debris...and let the vavle reseat itself. Hopefully that will cure the constant weepage.

If your water is ridiculously hot... Then you might need to get a new thermostat. On Gas/Electric models their is a 12v thermostat for the gas...and a 120v thermostat for the electric.

I suspect that you just have a poorly seated vavle.

The next post makes more sense... I'll have to think about adding an accumulator to my RV. That's actually not a bad thing to have.
