Very sad to hear your continuing problems. Being here in Australia poses it's own little problems, as I have done the conversion to 240volt & Australian compliance myself. So I know every square inch of my 910fbs. Some parts of build quality, as pictured yourself, with sink panel, screws cracking timbers, not pre drilled, etc, seem to be universal, with many TC brands. There is no service here in Australia for warranty work, just me! The pictures of burn marks with light fittings, is a worry, with all that polystyrene. I have replaced all halogen bulbs with LED's. Because very hot halogen bulbs, dangerous. Regularly oil your camper jacks, ensuring lifting on level ground. Keep trying. Most new TC's have teething problems, but most not as bad as yours. Adventurer need to turn your avaerage TC into an excellent camper, that your proud to show friends & others. Keep the pressure up, they will get sick of you and fix it! Send wriitten letters & pictures, emails dissapear. I would park it in his (dealer, his business & his home address)driveway with a billboard, see what action you get then. Things will improve, Good Luck.

No progress. I've sent letters out to several people. Now waiting on replies.
I did go camping this weekend. The slide leaked, propane regulator wouldn't push enough out to keep the heater going, only one side of the regulator barely works, there is a plastic piece hanging out of one of the slide tracks and the refrigerator stopped working. Ugh! This thing is a piece of junk.
