Admin did it the right way and blocked him completely from the site.
Got that... This was a theoretical question that if they are getting more than one PM from the same person, could it be blocked? And the reason I ask is that I had one several years ago from someone since banned that I tried to block, but if I remember correctly, since I had already read or responded to them, then the blocking wouldn't work. I doubt you remember that one Tom, but I had been talking to you about why I couldn't block them..

I don't remember the specific instance, but it is true. If you respond to a private message or send someone a private message, then that member can respond to your message or your response, even though you have blocked them. If you think about it, that is the only fair way to do it.
