Do a forum search, one of the forum members posted a really great link that had blown up pictures of each type of gasket so you could order the right one by matching yours to the pics. There ARE more styles than I thought there would be!

ON Edit:
I DID save a copy of the link here it is!

Look at the lock. Most have the makers name on them. Most likely either Kinro or Herr. Then go the the above site as they have both. They say they are wholesale but they will work with you.

Your problem sounds like Creation windows. They went "out of business" about 8 years ago. Here is a source for their parts. I found this AFTER we removed 5 windows, installed a "special glue" to hold the windows to the frame. We then used a cauk to form a bead on the outstide. DO NOT DO THIS PROCEDURE UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT THE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE!!!!

Funny you'd mention glue. I asked a RV Mobile Repair guy if he would order my window trim and install it.......he said he doesn't replace them he fix's them with Gorilla Glue!

The glue that was used on my 5 windows was a special application for holding windows to the frame. It came in the traditional tube. Expensive and had a shelf life of 1 day after the tube was opened. We allowed the glue to harden for several days before the exterior caulk was installed. My repair was as follws: 1. A large window repair company with great recommendations. They did not understand that the windows were sliding. Only exterior caulk. 2. A great rv repair place that used different experior caulk. Windows still not fastened to the metal frames. (3 of them had slid down about 2 in. with a gap at the top when we arrived at our snowbird home in January. 3. An automotive glass (1 man company) that does about 20 RV windows a week in Florida. He knew IMMEDIAATELY the problem.

Boy, did I learn about RV windows from this experience. Newmar used Creation windows for about 3 weeks. Creation made windows for conversion vans and them expanded into the RV Business. They went belly up in the late 2000 era. Good frames, good glass, TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP and quality control.

Newmar told me that there were no parts available (NOT ACCURATE INFORMATION). My issues are solved, but I would have preferred the new strips after the windows were correctly attached to the frames. My repairs were nearly $1000.
