Tell your wife YES she can still call it camping, but there might still be something that breaks in the TT. LOL But that is all part of the deal...I am also a female and even though I HATE things breaking, it is almost like a challenge to me to try to fix it ourselves. lol

The rig looks great and glad your wife loves it! Cheers!

I went straight from a popup to a diesel pusher. After 22 trips in the popup and 22 rain storms, I needed something else.

The popup took and hour to set up and an hour and a half to break down. Since the canvass was usually wet, I had to set it up again to dry it out once we got home.

I went to get a new trailer and ended up looking at used motorhomes. A ten year old diesel fit the bill. It is now almost 10 years later and I am still 'camping' in my motorhome. The kids are growing fast, so I am making the most of it for now. Enjoy your new trailer and enjoy the time with your family.

Yes, it is still camping. Just has more style! We went from a tent to a 31' TT, a big difference but is still all family fun. I've done my share of "camping" with aerial insertions, traversing God forsaken terrain, a poncho or poncho liner for your only comfort, etc... There is nothing wrong with more comfort in recreational camping.
