Disney World Rv Parks

Since Fort Wilderness is booked up around Christmas of 2013, I am trying to find a place to stay with my 42' coach. Does anyone know of a nice resort very close to Disney World ? Needs to be able to accept small dogs and the grand baby of course. Thanks all.

RE: My wife can't decide, Please Help

I've had both. Liked the storage under the booth but the back cushion was too upright and I had to remove it to be comfortable. I have the table and chairs now and it is a lot easier to sit around it to chit chat, eat our meals, or catch up with whatever.

RE: What is YOUR Toad? (Four Wheels Down - not Dolly Tow)

I tow a 2010 Subaru Legacy GT, 6 speed manual. Only thing needed was the basic base plate, tow bar, and supplemental braking. I had them install a wire to keep the battery charged while towing and all I need to do is put it in neutral and the key in accessory. Works great and I have never had a problem.

RE: 3 small dogs

I have 3 dachshunds. Walk 2 at a time and they will never know. Kidding aside, I have never been refused for having three. And most places are critter friendly so it should not be a problem.

RE: Washer and Dryer?

When we were in the market for our DP, the DW had three demands: king size bed, two toilets, and a washer dryer. All three make it so much easier on the road. Wouldn't do without them. As for the installation, should be a snap as long as your unit came prepped for a washer dryer.

RE: Letter from the Chairman Oct- Dec

As one of the Vietnam era veterans who joined the Army, I am asked by my DW why I never stand up when at any function that calls out to veterans to stand up so they can thank them for their service. My reply has always been "I didn't join so I can get thank yous and praises, I joined to serve my country". Guys and gals consider yourself lucky, far more gave their all, sit back and let them enjoy the moment.

RE: VM9022M radio

Had the same thing. Above the instrument panel is a removable cover. Under that look for the Jenson box (black if I remember correctly) that is attached to the framing and you will find the memory chip that needs to be inserted into the box. Mine was secured with electrical tape. Once I plugged it in my nav. system it worked just fine.

Tire Pressure

I'm very confused with all the weights and tire pressures. I'm running the Michelin XZA3 275/80R 22.5 LRH, I had it weighed yesterday for the first time and all they were able to give me was
steer axle 11680 lbs, drive axle 22940 lbs, then had me back up to split weigh my tag that came in at 5800 lbs. Side walls tell me to run at 120 psi and I have looked on line and found charts that tell me to run anywhere fron 120 to 80 psi. What do you seasoned RVer's run at ? Sorry and confused and thanks for the help...
