RE: First Time Buyer...Updated 03/06/2006

What have people been paying for RV interest rates lately? I was quoted 10% at Wells Fargo for a 15 year loan. Anyone have any suggestions for other resources to check out? Paul - As I mentioned in another post - don't overlook a Line of Credit. We checked into that with BoA and have a 3.5% LoC which we used to purchase our MH. Although it's variable, it can be turned into a fixed term/fixed rate at any time. Right now, that means 5.5% for 15 years. At 5.5% would be an excellent rate. The lowest prime rate I can find is 7.75 if your credit score is between a 700 and 719.

I agree extended warranty not all the time but most of the time is worthless and never seem to get my money's worth. I will not be getting an extended warranty on my Rv. I plan to just budget for repairs.

RE: Our first fulltime year completed -- a quick review

Im encouraged. Im only 30 years old and in 6 months my lease for my apartment will be up. I then plan to move prepare my self to purchase a 09 Newmar Canyon Star Toyhauler 39" Class A. Its a Class A with a Garage and Full size bedroom. I am single with no kids so that RV suits my needs perfect for It will hold my Smart For Two and my Motorcycle in the garage. Then I too can be Full timing . Its so funny for when I was young around 12years old I dreamed of Fulltiming. Then as forgot about it. Now im an adult That dream is back in my head so it tells me I need to do it. I can't wait ohhh I cant wait im so excited.
