As a friend of mine says, Even when it ain't windy it is windy. For some reason the less wind is at night but then you miss the sites. I have been at custer state park for three summers and yes hail storms or common.

I think this would be a very bad idea considering this is a public forum. Not only could I locate exactly where any member is, I could tell they aren't at home. Just saying that not everyone viewing (or part of this forum), are outstanding/honest citizens.
There are apps for your phone to do this with your friends, but doing it as a community is a bad idea.

more to see than you can. minute man missle site, custer state park, mammoth site hot springs, crazy horse mem., deadwood and on and on. been at custer state park volunteering for three years and still lots to see. and oh yes deffinately stop at mitchell,sd and see the corn palace. Just a few.

Many thanks to all. I guess i will go on using my old magellan roadmate. As i said the i-pad was given to me and i am not going to put a lot of money in it to make it work. It was just a thought and trial. Only out 10.00 so no harm.LOL. how much is the blue tooth receiver and where do you find it.

as near as i have figured out it is the i-pad wi-fi. my daughter gave it to me but didn't say what it is. yes location services is enabled.

i-pad & co-pilot live
OK what am i doing wrong? have downloaded co-pilot live to my i-pad, it shows a gps signal but all i get is the starting point on the trip. It tells you the first turn and that is the end of it. I have tried it both with my mi-fi and without it the only difference is without it i do not get a gps fix. HELP. as always many thanks in advance. all help appreciated and will post results. thank you.

IDK. I just tried it again and my Norton blocked it as a malicious website. Beats me.
My Norton also identified it as a potential malicous site ... maybe it's the level of protection one has installed. Many folks run Freebe security stuff and IMO you often get what you pay for in this area.:h

that is the receptacle the television is supposed to be plugged into. when the key is turned on it disables the plug so the television cannot be turned on while the coach is in motion.

I added a small strip of stick on foam tape to the bottom edge of my two fan sets to stop the vibration when the mount hits the fins.

Sorry to hear about your lock out problem. I had the same thing happen to me a couple of years ago. We had a heck of a time getting into my coach also. I thought we were going to destroy the door & we almost did. It still does not work as well as it used too. I drilled into the lock after taking the inside part off and pulled the latch back with a ice pick. After getting it open I bought a new lock and installed it. But you know every time I went out in the MH I would leave a window unlocked because I was afraid of it happening again. Well Then I heard that Trimark now makes a lock with a steel latch instead of the pot medal one so I invested $130.00 for a new steel one. I ordered it from Trimark. Good luck and think about getting a new steel one.
Can you give the part number on the steel latch. I looked at there web site and did not see it. I am starting to have trouble with mine and would like to replace it before i do have trouble.
