We didn't do the black Friday thing either. Life is so crazy for us right now that getting up for shopping at the crack of dawn is not working for us.
It sounds like eveyone had a nice Thanksgiving. We did too and now my nieces are visiting (2 mths, 3, 5 and 7) so that is keeping me hopping. We have them over tomorrow so wish me luck. Yikes, where do they get all the energy. Then Keith's mom arrives on Thursday for a 5 week visit. I still need to do a few things around the house before she arrives.
Oh well, it's a busy season for everyone.

Happy Anniversary (and kudos to you Sheila for putting up with Lee :)
We are home from a great weekend with the Monster Mash crowd. We had such a good time meeting new friends and seeing familiar faces (except Sherry was a bit green in the face last night:) We will have to post pictures of Adam and Sherry in their costume outfits. The weather was perfect and the wine tasting was great. And of course you never go hungry at Rally's, do you?

Well, we made it home safe and sound. What a great time we had!!!!! Everyone was so nice and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We sat at a great table and met some wonderful people! And as always Sherry and Adam had us cracking up!

I just read where Tracey had said she was going to ask me to post a photo of the kitchen remodel. Well here goes ... Can't seem to figure that out! Can somebody help me out with that issue??
Glad that everyone is having fun and I hope you recover well Joel. Sorry to hear you have that problem but having caught it in it's early stages is definitely a plus for you.
Looking forward to seeing anyone that might be at the MM this weekend and I'm glad that you'll be at SAL in February Lee. It will be great to see Sheila and you again.

Oh,oh did someone say shaker? I hate those things. So scary.
Another scary is the work situation. We keep hearing rumors of layoff at our work so everyone is on edge.

Hey Judy I just looked at your blog. Wonderful job!
It was the first time I saw pictures of the Oct Rally. You guys looked like you had a great time. And who was that skinny dude looking like Bruce?? Way to go Bruce, you look great.
We;ve been so busy with the kitchen remodeling since Labor Day. Except for a few odds and ends it's finally done. It came out really nice.
Bummer that our internet access is now limited at work as I enjoyed reading this forum every day. Oh well, will just have to view at night.

I’m not really sure what you guys mean about the crowning? Are you able to see who lurks out there (big brother watching?) and pick who gets crowned?

We’re camping in our driveway every night.
Cooking and washing dishes that is until we get our kitchen back.
Nothing like a beautiful view, out our window, of a block wall (why go to Yellowstone???) ?

I’m just now catching up on the forum since Friday. Keith and I are in the middle of redoing our kitchen. This past weekend we did the demolishing. I’m the lucky one to take off the vinyl flooring and scrape the glue off the flooring. I’m going to whine now about how tedious it is. I spent the last two days with a steamer and scrapper and only got about 2 feet of glue off. Any ideas on how to get the glue off easier?? Once Keith gets done with the electrical work etc. he’ll help me. Okay, I think I’m done whining for now.
Lee, I’m sure you have said why you are selling your house but I must have missed it. Are you moving back to California?

Judy it's hot!
We were suppose to hit 108 today but with all the fires around us, we got all the smoke, so that cooled us off to a 'nice' 100 today. To say the least, we are staying indoors to avoid the smoke.
