Planning trip

Ok you old road warriors we are planning a trip out west. We are starting our trip in St Louis. We are heading to Portland / Seattle. We have family we want to say hi. We will have 15 days. I know there is a lot to see and do but want to hit the high lights. We have travel all over the Montana, Dakotas, all the way back east. I travel ever year to Montana for a hunting. So maybe Utah, going through Salt Lake city. At this point it is the planning stages. We have even thought about taking the train over rent a car cruse around then flying home. But with Hotels, car rentals, food air fair train fair the cost would equal out. Down fall taking this route we will miss a lot of the country flying home. Thanks for some ideals. ART

RE: Question about Newer Northern-Lite Basement Models

I have a 06 10.2. Last year I had a leak in the camper. How I found out luckily I had a small hole in the shell on the bottom. (a different story). Water was coming out when I ran any water in the gray tank. There is a access panel at the front of the basement, crawled in remove the panel found this. http://imageshack.us/a/img15/3240/07qj.jpg I repaired the pipe, did some fiber glass repair on the camper. Every thing good to go. So to answer your question yes I have crawled in the basement. Have a good one ART.

RE: Crystal Beach, Texas

I have one suggestion. When I was in the Coast Guard in Port Aransas I use to laugh at the tourist that had the big ideal to wash there vehicles with the Gulf water. Saw a guy cleaning his brand new semi. I could not take it I walk up to him told him nice rig. His chest puff out and said thanks. I ask him where he was from he stated UP of Michigan, I said cool I stood there for a min and told him you know that is SALT WATER you are cleaning you brand new rig with. It took about 10 sec to sink in. $HIT where the nearest car wash. Funny thing he never came back to the beach that day. Have a great time on the beach. ART
