RE: Any Hi Lo owners on here?

Had many great trips in my '99 TowLite 18TD (the low end Hi-Lo). Good luck!

RE: cataract surgery

My surgeries are 5/14 & 5/28. Insurance will pay for "standard" lenses. To correct astigmatism, there's a $950 upcharge per eye. To get bi-focal lenses implanted, the upcharge is $2500/eye. My regular eye Doc says that the bi-focals have about a 75% success rate. Can't get the bi-focals if you have an astigmatism.

RE: shelf mod again

Nice job. It will be easier on you (& us) if you post all of your similar photos in 1 thread.

RE: Android Tablets?

Regarding the Nexus 7, there are many rumors of the next generation model coming out in July so if you can wait, you may want to do that. c|net Link

RE: Why you should get a tablet

I'm on the other side of the need to have a tablet. None of them are internet capable, unless you buy the 600.00+ one. Stopped reading here given how inaccurate this statement is. And if you don't believe me, check out the Nexus 7 HSPA+ model from Google for $299. The HSPA+ version of the Nexus 7 was released in November of 2012. Rumors were out before the announcement. Here's one on 10/21. Yes, no guess at the price but given the Nexus line, no way it was going to be "$600.00+".

RE: Ultimate PUP

I don't think the new Hi-Lo is up & running yet (based on the WEBSITE). Loved my '98 TowLite (which was the low end Hi-Lo).

RE: "Like" button

Makes replying so simple and it shows the poster they were acknowledged.Seems to me the people that post to help others aren't really interested in being acknowledged. Count me as one who dislikes the +1, x2, 'Like', etc.
