To update you, the General Manager of the Bartow SuperCenter will be contacting you shortly.

The manager did call today (Thank you). He was nice and really didn't know what was going on. He said they were trying to find a floor covering for the garage area that matched the old floor but could only find black not grey. I said put the black in.
He said he was under the impression the gen had been fixed and would check it out tomorrow and see what is up. (it's not)
He said someone forgot to order the panel for where the fork lift punctured the side but would again follow up on it tomorrow.
So I guess something has started but we will see if they follow through and get it all done before Christmas and if things are really fixed.
On top of all this our $3,000 4 month old home fridge quit working and it will take them 2 weeks to fix it. We lost over $200 worth of food which half could have been saved IF we had the 5th. Now we are living out of ice chests.
Thank you for your time and help.
We've located you in the system and have your contact information. I've passed your contact information and your post along to the Camping World service manager. I will follow up once I have more information.

Thank you but the manager there is part of the problem so I really don't see him helping much. As a businessman I know you need good leadership to have good employees so these types of problems start at the top.
Thanks for your help.
I moved from Ft. Myers Fl where I used Camping world all the time and had great service. I moved to Lake Wales Fl (Bartow Camping world) and took my 5th down for a wash, wax, fix the front leg and get the gen to start (had only 47 hr's on it).
A week later I was called and told their $175 diagnostic test said I needed a new carb $500. I asked if the old one could be cleaned or rebuilt but no.... they said only a new one would fix my gen.
Ok, I'm a mechanic and know better but hurricane season is on us and I need a working gen. A week later they call and say the carb isn't the problem it's the timing and they have to pull the gen to reset the timing. Another $250. I said you just charged me $175 for a diagnostic test now you tell me that was wrong, the carb was wrong and I need to pay you another $250? Yep....
Stupid me.... Said ok but this better fix it or I'm not paying.
A week later I get a call saying it's not the timing and must be something inside the gen so they will have to tear it all down and find the problem. Could be $500 to $1000 more.... I tell them to just put the gen back in and I'll come and get it.
2 weeks later I go down there to check on the unit (no calls no returned calls) and the rear door to the garage is open, filled with water and a soft floor, the side over the battery has 3 puncture holes in the side of the unit and it doesn't look like it has been washed or waxed at all.
The manager came out as well as the service guy and said they were sorry but would "fix" it.... 3 weeks later it still isn't fixed and I can't get a return phone call and when I can get someone on the phone all I get is "gee, I don't know what's going on but I will find out and call you back).... No call...
Went down there 2 days ago and looked at the unit. the garage floor is all torn up, the holes are still there and the gen is still broke.
So 8 plus weeks and they have torn up my unit, have a charge of $1,500 waiting for me and all they have done is fix a $20 part on the front leg.
To say I'm mad (I'll be polite) is an understatement. I REALLY need someone to help me out here before they burn it down to the ground.
Our vacation plans were ruined and now we have no back up in case a hurricane takes out the power and we use the unit for guests. 8 weeks is insane and the damage done is unbelievable for a company that is supposed to be professionals. HELP!
