You're finding out the sad truth about RV manufacturers. Quality is generally terrible. Virtually everyone who buys a brand new RV, ends up with a laundry list of issues to be fixed in the first year. Some are worse than others, but sadly, is all too commonplace. We have friends that bought a new Tiffin Phaeton in 2010 and have spent weeks at the factory in AL, dealing with some serious issues.
Dumping the FW and getting another brand new rig, would be a pure******shoot on your part. While you may get lucky, things will likely be no better. It's probably more advisable to get the manufacturer involved if your dealer won't help. Get the problems fixed and then you'll have the rig you were hoping for!
X2, well said
