RE: Chihuahua owners: are your dogs mean?
Hoppper is in my lap right now. He is a very sweet dog and gets along with all of our other dogs (all bigger). He barks at people he doesn't know for about 15 seconds then settles back down. He likes to sleep under the covers.

RE: shrimping in Corpus Christi
There are fewer shrimp boats working out of the downtown marina but the few still there are still selling bay shrimp. Not the larger jumbos but very tasty. Bought some myself two weeks ago. I also buy at Morgan Street Seafood Company and sometimes HEB.

RE: Choke Canyon State Park-What A Rip
Sad times for Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. With year-after-year budget cuts by the Governor and legislature it is going to take a longtime (if ever) for the parks to be restored to good condition. Watch for Park closures in the near future as some will be sacrificed in order save others. Very sad.
