RE: New to RV's
Last Summer i was new to RVs myself.. this site has help me with lots of good advice.. My budget was like yours.. i ended up spending 4,000 more then what i wanted.. but it was a good deal and perfect cond. when you buy a used RV you have to keep in mind you will spend a few more $1,000's in repairs...make sure you keep money set aside to pay for repairs.. there will always be something that will come up..i looked for months for the perfect motor home.. there's so much TRASH out there.. i would drive hours to see a rv that was not worth my time.. the picture didn't look anything like what i seen online..

I have had nothing but BAD SERVICE from Good Sam Roadside Assistance.. I will not get into all the details here but i have had to wait 7hrs for a tow truck for my class A 33ft and i live 15miles from Denver. when the tow truck did show up after 7hrs of waiting (on the side of the hwy) they send a small tow truck to tow a car ! ! so i took it into my own hands and took care of it myself.. I never once got a phone call from Good Sam Roadside Assistance saying they where sorry.

I used Shine On Last year.. It did a great job on my Rig. it took about 5 coats or more for me.. The shine didn't last long tho. its the only thing i have found that works on really bad sun damage.
i would buy/use it again its good stuff i just wish the shine would last longer.

I have the DirecTV Winegard Traveler. press 1 button and your ready to watch HD in 5mins. you don't have to bring out a dish or dome with coax.. I love mine.

Just getting home from picking up the RV they changed the hydro boost.
All i have to say is WOW ! ! What a deference ! i can now take off from a red light like a normal vehicle..i bet i will even notice a deference in gas mileage.. The next day or so i will take it on a good drive..
after months of having this problem and knowing its fixed now is a huge load off my shoulders..
Thanks for everyone's help! i really appreciate it !

The Brake shop told me i didnt any type of rod or anything thing to adjust..
i hope when they put a new hydro-boost it will fix my problem :(

I just Dropped off the RV @ the Brake Shop.. i almost didnt make it there.. the tech got stuck test driving it.. it was not moving he said he would bet his life that its the hydro-boost.. they are changing it the part will be in Monday..
i hope to god this fixes my problem.

I think the tech said i had a hydro-boost.. me reading on the internet some say it could be a push rod ? needs to be adjusted? not sure if i have that or not?

no i dont think the rubber lines were changed.. the rv only has 25,000 miles so it was not used much..

Let me try to be very specific: after having just driven for the first time in let's say the morning, the RV runs fine - then after a few miles it will start to slow down. then come to a stop and will not move.. and the pedal becomes increasingly firm to the point of me not being able to depress it a half-inch. This is followed by the car's engine sounding - and feeling - like it is going up a steep incline with a large load attached. When this happens if I take my foot off the accelerator, the car immediately wants to stop with out me pressing ok the brake. If I should switch the engine off for 25 mins or so, when I re-start the pedal goes back to what it should be like, and this lasts for another 5-10 minutes then it hardens up again.and rv will not wanna move..
it happenes without warning... some days it will be fine and not do this at all..
