RE: Securing Pocket Door for Transit-new hardware/ideas needed

What about an adjustable tension curtain rod? One at the top and another midway down. Fancy rod They could possibly be used as clothes/ towel rods some place else when not in transit. Safe travels, Brenda

RE: hazmats avoidance

My recommendation is I95, I26, I77, I81, I78 or alternate, I75, I40, I81, I78. These routes are a little longer than I95 straight up but MUCH LESS stressful and no restrictions.

RE: Triple E question

If you cannot find a valve to switch from one to the other, there may be a check valve down inside one of the water inlets that has gotten stuck. We had this happen and had to remove the water inlet assembly to correct it. Hope this helps.

RE: Management Change at 5 GA COE Campgrounds

At first glance it sounds great, however, there are two big questions. What percentage of fees will go to the operator and what percent to the facility? Is the seniors camping fee discount still in effect? Remember, this is a private enterprise running the campground. I am not against private enterprise just keep your eyes open. I hope it turns out to be a good deal for all.

RE: ceiling falls down

How about some thin wood strips and make it look like ceiling beams if you can find places to attach it.

RE: Best route between I-81 and Andrews AFB

Another suggestion from one who lives in the area is to take 81S from Carlisle to 70E, 29S, 100E (a left exit), then follow dahkota's route of 97S,301S,4W. AVOID 66 at all costs. It won't be the race track of 270 but rather stop and go heavy congestion from Manassas to 495 no matter what time. Whichever route you decide to take, Safe travels Brenda

RE: Furniture Sliders for Recliners

I have the Magic Furniture Glides under the rockers and no problems with unwanted movement in over 30,000 miles. They make moving the chairs very easy when I want/need to.

RE: good places to restock between tetons, yellowstone, glacier

If I remember correctly there is an Albertsons and also an organic grocery (I think it's called Jackson Whole Grocer) in Jackson WY. There is also a grocery store in West Yellowstone although I don't know how specialized it is. Going north towards Glacier you have many choices as mentioned above. Safe travels, Brenda

RE: What do you think would happen if I stayed overnight here...

Looking more closely I would surmise that overnight camping/parking is not allowed. The first link shows Ontario Hydro and water sewage treatment plants right there. The second link denotes a parking area for boat launch. The only way to know for sure is to ask those in charge or take your chances.

RE: Here She Is.....

Mine too is loud if the main quick chill grill is open. When this vent is open the majority of the chilled air vents directly below the unit and not through the ducts. I need to close the quick chill grill in order to direct the cold air through the ducts.
