RE: Inverter questons

Steve, I strongly suggest you join (for free) the American Coach Yahoo Group. There is a great group of AC owners there who can help you out with any question. Good idea, you can also call the AC Tech Support line: 800-435-7345, have your VIN handy.

RE: Diesel Pusher Class A Towing Help

As has been stated on here several times, check the following numbers for your actual tow capacity: The lowest of the following: 1. GCWR minus RV's actual weight. 2. Hitch capacity. 3. Coach tow rating. 4. Chassis maker's tow rating.

RE: tire cracking concerns

I would plan on buying new tires when negotiating the price of the unit. Tell the seller the price should be lower due to the poor condition of the tires and you'll have to buy new ones.

RE: Class A

You are getting lots of good advice...check the MH real good. Check everything, MH, VIN, maint records, appliances, age of batteries and tires, etc.

RE: Towing a 2011 CRV...

We've towed an '11 CRV for many miles, never an issue. Do you have the nav package, I've heard some CRVs have battery issues when they have it? Towing is fine the first two days....the third day we arrive in SC from home and the batteryis dead..have to get a jump from the rangers at Hunting Is....it has happened once too often, got to do something about it...youre lucky so far You can't tow it three days with out starting it. We start ours each night...then in the AM to prep it for towing.

RE: RV Furniture

I never buy "RV" furniture. Furniture is furniture, dealers like to charge more when they put "RV" in front of it.

RE: Never Ending Odor

If the toilet has an odor, normally it's a leaking toilet or a plugged vent.
