RE: Camping World refuses to honor Replacment Plan

Sorry for your trouble but was told to send mine back in to CW or go to the nearest store and IF they were out of stock they would order me one and ship it to my home. . CW seems to be diffrent at each store. I still have good luck with them. NOTE::: My 7720 stopped working and had vertical lines with a lot of color to look at but would not go to the map ot program mode.

RE: Gulf State Park

the zip is on the main street (59) and wha we call the main park road (west of state park road #2) looks great here now. best if you get reservation now and have the other person have your TV tag # and maybe he can get you a site if hey pay at same time and meet you with the pass ( just a guess on my part)

RE: What's the trick to cleaning black tank level indicators

I use 1/2 cup of RIDX and 1/2 cup of water softner, then back flush with the built-in sysgtem and use the clear inline hose section. after clear add the 1/3 of water and go to the house letting it slosh till we get another week end trip to the CG. No smell and most of the time the sensor's are free and works.

RE: Do I need a F350 or a 250?

Had a srw 2008 F350 liked it except when in the mountians there was more lening than I liked, went to a 2011 f350 drw and have not looked back. The Ford warranty is great "IF"nyou keep it stock and not do as some and try to mod it or do anything with out getting written warranty ok'd by you you dealer. (I installed a transfer flow 50 gallon tank with the controller{for transfer of fuel} and have no problems). Blessing is a great thing on any new vechile.

RE: Finally..the CEL is gone...See How I Did It

At least we know all of your problems were not caused by FORD. Some by your modifications/add on's. No problems with my 6.4 08 swr lb and now my 2011 350 drw loaded and still factory equipted with thier ok on the tranfer flow aux. tank 50 gal. Guess it works better to keep things factory stock when it is in warranty. Now you can mod/tune and not need to worry about the sorry warrenty turn downs. Have 3 chevy's in my work also, so know about the 60, 10 trouble with the 3500 gasser .

RE: AARP Roadside Assistance

GS will let you send in a bill should they not be able to assist you(with-in reason) with service. Ialso have ers with state farm on the TV so never had a problem getting a flat changed. YES GS did leave me stranded by no-one that was in the area, but as stated it was still covered, and no discounted price on the bill.

RE: Camping World Sales

HEYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! I also like to window shop at Wally wierd, LOWES, Bass Prop and a few other places. My time in CW has been good and I do spend money there and purchased 3 new 5er's from them . the Robertsdale store is my favorite and best sales staff and REPAIR staff/workers there. Just wish they also sold TV so I would not have made my choice due to what I wanted was not avaliable as the GMC dealer wanted "A" signed contract and 5 grand just to bring on a dually for me to look at befor purchas. Yes everyone has had a bad experienc somewher sometime in thier life (if they are breathing). This is my RANT. Mr. Marcus and staff YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB and providing us a working relationship "IF" we want to access and work with YOUR facilities. P.S. I do run a small company and it is nothing to do with rv's. (residental Heating/Air conditioning.) so I do deal with problem on a small scale.

RE: extended warranty

New set of steps due to a busted rivit only cost me $75.00 vs. the $875.00 additional at CW. Good deal and still have 5 years left.

RE: Medium Security Door Lock

Look close and you will see the lock is UNLOCKED!!! still keeps the honest person out. Use thesame locking on work trailer hitch. You can only help the honest person to stay honest!!! GOD bless you all..

RE: Transfer tank, yes or no?

I have he transfer flo 50 gallon with the tracII transfer sytem. Should have went with the biger tank. Love being able to check fuel prices, as they are higher closer to the big tourist traps. F350 2011 Lariat cc/long bed,6.7, super spring. 2012 Big Sky 3625re.

led lighting upgrade cost

Looked to see the cost of upgrading my 921 bulbs to led GOT STICKER SHOCK. Have a 2012 Big Sky 3526re and need about 40 led's to replace my 921 wedge bulbs and the cost is out of sight and will cost about 770.00 to 1200.00 depending on where you get them. Found the same bulbs on-line for 4.50 each just wondering why CW has such a big mark-up??? Did not order as I could not get the white light specifications verified.

RE: shipping costs

don't over look the lost space for storage of all the diffrent sizes of post office boxes and they will do as we do and pay for EACH box delivered from the postal service (if you can call the rip off service) as they always lose money (our tax dollars bail-out). more than the big three auto makers, with no payback either!!

RE: Need Help - Where would I get a custom headboard made?

Might want to try going to a high end sewing machine/embrodery machine company and show them what you want and some one that buys/get instructional classes there might do the job for you. The DW likes the picture and thinks she might do something like that for our 5er.

RE: Fire Extinguishers

Just a/an added question !!!! How often do you as owners shake up/turn over you packed down powder fire extinguishers????? With-out proper maintiance they could just as easy be nothing but a head buster for the thief in the night... FOOD for thought. (ever read the instructions/maintaince information????
