RE: Donetic fridge wont get much below 44 degees, normal?

Did you have the "famous" Dometic recall ? If so, check in the back to see if the sheet metal that they installed is not blocking the outside panel. In my case, the sheet metal was blocking about 40% of the vent opening holes. So I just refix the sheet metal in way that air could pass freely.

RE: Jayco Roof Problems

They insist that EVERY seam MUST be sealed EVERY year. With the same logic, i would have to replace all the rubbers of my car doors every year and might has well, repaint the car too... :R

RE: towing with jeep grand cherokee

Our set-up is not the same - but it is roughly equal in power, size and weights - we have an 03 Pathfinder towing a 19' Airstream. Our trailer has logged over 30,000 miles behind this vehicle and its still going strong I'm also towing with a 03 Path for the last 6 years with absolutely no problem but don't forget that our diff ratio are 4.36 to 1 ...

RE: Tranny Cooler/Trans Temp Gauge?

What is the color of your transmission fluid ? Red or brown ? Does it smell like varnish ?

RE: Does size really matter? (tranny cooler)

The cooler in the radiator acts as a transmission heater in cold weather Honestly, I think this is a urban legend.

RE: Towing With a Jeep Liberty Limited?

Stéphane ! Your Liberty will tow the HTT that you listed above with NO problem. You don't need a "cruise ship" for that task. You will need a weight distribution hitch tuned by someone who know's what he is doing, an anti-sway bar and a good break control like the Tekonsha Prodigy. And for the Liberty, I would remove the spare tire in the back so that the ball is located as close to the bumper as possible. Any questions, just send me a private message. Salut !

RE: Canadian trucks

If you bought an 04 Chevy D/A from Canada would it be a major problem to get it registered in California? No problem at all !!! You only will be arrested and send to Guantanamo... :C

RE: Had to see it to beleive it yesterday

I was standing still by a Chevy 2500 pulling a 30ft+ TT. He must have been going 85-90 mph. Price of gaz is way too cheap in your country. $5 and over a gallon would get some of your folks more reasonable... ;)

RE: GM to boost truck/SUV production in March
