RE: Windshield / Dash Curtains

Our curtains had a stain lines on them; I guess from windshield condensation by the prior owner. I had the curtains cleaned at our local dry cleaners and then had a local seamstress put new backs and she pressed them. They looked like new and the whole deal cost me about $150.00.

Campgrounds in Connecticut or Rhode Island

My wife and I are planning a trip for next September (over Labor Day weekend and beyond)to the South Eastern Connecticut or South Western Rhode Island area. Can anyone offer me suggestions for a good campground you have experienced in that area?

RE: Pennsylvania Road Question

Thanks everyone for your input. We are planning our first long range trip, and I am probably over-planning. I like knowing where we can stay.

Pennsylvania Road Question

Could anyone tell me about Hwy 233 from exit 37 on I - 81 to Pine Grove Furnace State Park in Pennsylvania? We are looking for a place to stay overnight off of I-81. Suggestion for alternative campgrounds in that area would be appreciated too. 40’ motor home with toad.

RE: Vacuflush problem

Old Biscuit,
My wall switch has two lights; one is green and one is red. There are no other indicator lights. The toilet does fill with water and will flush with the wall switch on and the light being green. I have to flush it with the service button in the toilet, because the handle will not flush it as would be done normally. It will continue to pump through the whole process.
Thanks for your response.

Vacuflush problem

The Vacuflush will not stop pumping. It is building and holding a vacuum, but pump continues to run until I turn it off on the wall switch. The toilet is a Sealand model 3010. My motor home is a 2002 Beaver Santiam. Any suggestion on a place to start in determing my problem.

East Coast Trip

My wife and I are making long range plans for a trip the summer of 2013. We will be traveling from Missouri to Bristol, TN for a Nascar race and then on to New York for the US Tennis Open. I have been to Bristol and have that part planned out. Can anyone offer me suggestions on the best route to take from Bristol, TN to New York and places to stay/visit on our way? What about where to stay in New York in range to get on public transportation to Flushing Meadows? We are planning on about three weeks for this trip, spending one week in Bristol and one week in/around New York.

RE: Partial Hitch Receiver Failure - NEW PHOTO

I will offer my two-bits. I bet you drug your rear end big time somewhere breaking the weld and did not know it even happened. It could have been broke before you hooked up the toad. I would definitely take it off and re-weld if it were mine.
