I am not sure if we are talking about the same thing, but when i back up i get a glare and can't see out thou the mirrows. I spoke to a glass co. here and they told me what i needed to do. You are getting a glare from the curved window and if you put something up to stop that glare, it works for me. You stand it up not layed down. Mine is about 12in high and 12in wide. try it at different angles from the wind shield. Good luck

If you take 97 you can stop and see Crater Lake National Park it is a nice trip thou high country and warmer weather. When you drop down to I-84 in The Dalles OR you will be following the gorge which is very beautiful make sure you stop at Bonneville Dam and see the Fish ponds and go to the dam its self and see the fish coming up the fish ladder. When you are coming into Portland take I-205 and it will take you into WA.
